Description

Worth a Fortune is the first complete game in a series of prequel scenarios. Two treasure hunters make their way toward a mysterious light source, in search of something truly special. What will they find in the distant mountain range? Who will they meet along the way?

This all-new take on a classic game engine was created entirely from scratch, and provides countless upgrades and creature comforts over Final Fantasy VI, while maintaining a strikingly authentic 16-bit look and feel. Steal some goodies from the baddies, and hunt for hidden treasures as you make your way across the continent.

Music

Since the early 2010s, composer William Kage has produced chiptune albums in classic SNES style. For this soundtrack, he channels his 16-bit roots to create all-new music in the style of original series composer Nobuo Uematsu.
